When you place an order you give us your first name, last name, phone, email and, if you choose delivery, your address. We use them only to prepare and deliver your order, take payment and talk to you about it by email or WhatsApp. The legal basis is the sales contract your order creates.
If you accept Meta cookies, we also use that same data, encrypted, to find out whether a purchase came from one of our ads. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time (see below).
We don't sell your data or use it for anything else. We keep it for as long as needed to handle your order and, after that, for the periods Spanish accounting and tax law require.
To run the shop we rely on these providers, who only process your data to provide their service to us: Stripe (card payments: Stripe receives your card details, we never do), Cloudflare (the server that processes the order and the order form's anti-bot check), Resend (sending the confirmation emails), GitHub (hosting the site) and Meta (WhatsApp and, if you accept, ad measurement). Some are based in the United States; those transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
You can ask us at any time to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to or port your data by writing to [email protected]. If you think we're not handling it properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
The site stores in your browser only what it needs to work and, only if you accept, Meta's measurement cookies:
| Name | Whose | What for | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| siuranaLang | Ours | Remember the language you chose | Until you clear it |
| siuranaConsent | Ours | Remember your answer to the cookie notice | 12 months |
| siuranaPendingOrder | Ours | Keep your order while you pay by card | Until you close the tab |
| _fbp, _fbc | Meta | Measure whether our ads bring visits and purchases (only if you accept) | 90 days |
